Useful links The Association for Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (AREBT) was established in 1993 by a group of counsellors, psychotherapists and psychologists who were training as Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) practitioners in the United Kingdom. The Association promotes research and education in psychotherapy and promotes (or assists in the promotion, preservation and protection of public healthy by encouraging) high standards of training and practice in psychotherapy alongside and holds it's own set of standards and ethics.
